Clarion Pointe Hopkinsville near The Bruce Convention Center

I booked a room from Oct 29th to Nov 3rd because of my grandfather's death. I only stayed 3 nights & was in a different room each night until I checked out Nov. 1st. The 1st room(420) the water wasn't draining out of the tub. I was told it would be looked at that morning while i was away to come back that night to find water still in the tub... So i was moved to room 414 where the TV wasn't working properly & the bathroom light was going out. After going to the front desk to complain about 414 i was told to unplug the TV in 414 & that maintenance fixed 420 & i could check if i liked. Water was still in 420 a day later & unplugging the tv as requested didn't resolve the issue in 414. So after all of this i ended up in 416 my last night. I checked out the next day around 9am, manager wasn't present so i was told to leave my information... 5 days later i still haven't received a receipt as requested & my account is showing 5 nights charged even though i only stayed 3 nights & all the issues. I called the hotel today Nov 6th to be met with aggression after asking to speak with the manager just to be told the manager wasn't there & call back tomorrow after explaining why i requested the manager in the first place. I've stayed at this hotel numerous of times & never had issues i don't know if its different ownership/management but it is not the same feeling as past experiences.

I brought my grandchildren so i could swim with them had to buy 2 rooms. The pool was 20 degrees. Me and another person with kids complained we asked for heat to be turned on. Couldn't do it only maintenance could they say. Well after i paid 400 for the weekend seems like someone should of tried to figure it out

Nothing. Getting a refund was easy.

I have severe asthma, and the floor of our room was smoked out. And our room was dirty. The door to our room was open upon arrival.

Had my mother stay here. She said the bed was uncomfortable and she found roaches. There were also questionable people staying there but it’s Hopkinsville, so not entirely surprised.

The area of town

Had to be changed to several rooms. No bathroom light. No air conditioner. Maintenance never showed up. Door locks didn’t work so keys had to be re made every time we left room. Pool was closed

Paid extra for a king room but did not get it. And did not get the money back.
