Quality Inn At Town Center

Property conditions were horrible.

The girl who checked us in was the only bright spot. The room was disgusting, covered with mold. There were dirty q-tips and cups under one of the beds. The other bed was broken and we spent all night thinking we would fall out of the bed. There were several spots of "unknown substances" smeared on the walls in several places. We were scheduled to stay three nights, but after the first night, we left. I spoke to the manager on duty the next morning and she said she processed a refund for our full amount, however, she did not and Expedia had to contact the company to initiate the refund. The surrounding area was nice, with lots of restaurants and stores, but the hotel itself was disgusting.

Great location, but terrible service. But according to the cheap price; based on price service is according to expectation

Had an amazing stay, staff were great, area super quite. Just super relaxing. I would come again and would recommend for anyone. 5 stars

If u want to sleep In a dirty smelly room with bedbugs this is the place for you !!! Smelly rooms and itchy ones !! STAYYY AWAYYYY

The elevators and stairwells smelled of urine. Toilet plunger outside my door. Didnt get my room cleaned the whole time4 days .
