"Great for the city trip, fantastic location."

staff were very courteous and friendly, hotel is in a great location one street back from Bourbon street and all that Jazz!!! The shower was hot and plenty of towels and the bed was comfy.

Rooms were dated and in need of a freshen up. I was on the 19th floor so had to change elevators at the 18th floor. Pool on the 10th floor was small and indoors

Great location. Staff was very friendly even though clearly overworked and overwhelmed.

It was chaotic checking in, the poor woman at the front desk seemed highly frazzled. Our room wasn’t very clean and there was a huge half dead cockroach in our bathroom.
