Prime location

Parking should be included for the guest. The tub in my room (2002) needs to be resurfaced, the toilet runs until you jingle the handle and when you turn on n the shower the water runs from behind the faucet.

"Staff are very helpful and everyone is very friendly!"

The hotel was amazing. Great amenities and the staff were extremely helpful! The concierges Andre and Malika were so helpful! They helped us find things to do that interested us and Malika even went above and beyond to help us get a refund for an event we were unable to attend when my wife wasn’t feeling well! If we ever make it back to New Orleans, we will definitely be returning to Wyndham!

I like the location the hotel was in. was in walking distance to so much. The staff at the front desk and the bell men were great . We really loved Calvin. He was very professional.

The first staff we were in contact with (valet parking) were not friendly. Did not explain how everything worked with valet parking. gave us a stub and turned his back to us ignoring us.

The location is great, right in the thick of things. Secure and safe..The rooms are spacious and clean for a great price. The staff is great especially Adrian and Malika who were very professional and knowledgeable and are management material in the making, had a great time in NO and will be back to stay and plan great tours with Adrian and Malika

"We were treated like Family"

I have to say walking into the lobby Malika was one of the first things I noticed… she has a wonderful spirit and had no problem accommodating us even when we were unsure of the times we and days we wanted to go… although we were in contact with Adrienne first.. her demeanor was light, welcoming and very friendly…. She took care of business and was very professional.. my husband was in contact with Adrienne and said he literally made him feel like family…. Very easy to talk to.. and willingness to please.. you all did great in hiring these two.
