The New Osterley Hotel

I book a double room and the key was not working and there give us a single room with to beds the wardrobe was broken the kettle was dirty inside and had wood bordes on the bed and had rubbish under the bed xxxx

There was holes in the walls of the bedroom and no hot water

Nice and friendly, clean lovely shower

Rooms were terrible, some of the beds had stains on the outside of the bed. Bathroom smelt like sewers. Shower poor, room smelt damp, communal toilet was very very tight and was leaking. Not a nice place to stay.
