"Terrible."

Unexpected circumstances arose and staff and management could care less. Front desk staff tried to treat us like we were completely ignorant. Even our 17 year old was like "Wow" that was unreal. Dont stay here. There are so many nice hotels near with caring staff.

Went to breakfast and had a long black hair in my eggs. Tried telling different people in management and all they wanted to do was give us an extra breakfast coupon. Unfortunately after finding the hair there is no way I could eat there ever again. How would you feel if you found the hair in your eggs??

The room was okay.

The pool wasn't open, I was over charged $150 on top of the $115 I already paid. Its been 5 days and I still haven't recieved my refund.

"All and All the room was clean and the ac worked great! The beds were comfortable as well."
