My room was not ready at 3pm and I did not get in until 3:45. The room was filthy—hair stuck to the shower walls, dog hair everywhere, stains, and even trash left in the freezer. The heating unit’s buttons were broken and it barely worked. Water damage on the walls and ceilings had not been repaired. Overall, the room was unsanitary, poorly maintained, and far below expectations. I’ve requested a refund.

A towel rack by the shower would be nice, hotel was quiet, close to the National Park and to Bar Harbor. Breakfast was your typical hot hotel breakfast.
