There was nothing not to like. Everything was excellent, including the breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone, and have already recommended it to one person.

"Great location but the hotel and parking situation need work"

Location near state theater was excellent. Some local food options were good. Price for location was decent. Staff was friendly. On site restaurant was decent!

Parking garage next door had steps falling apart to the point the staircase was chained off and not usable. However, it was only chained at the bottom level, so you don't know this until you've already walked down the should-be-condemned stairs. This wasn't mentioned by anyone at the hotel. The hotel room had an empty gatorade bottle on the floor and one of the beds looked like it had either blood or makeup on the sheets. The lights above both beds didn't work nor was there a switch to turn the exhaust fan in the bathroom on.
