room is cozy and clean. Staffs are very friendly, especially Lucy at the Post Restaurant. She always have a smile on her face while serving us during breakfast.

Hotel is old- that is understandable. What is not is the DIRTY ROOM-AND very dirty bathroom passed off as clean. Would not recommend, yes I have pictures of bathroom. Since when is a black shower floor from dirt acceptable? Room 508 and 509. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Everyone was polite and helpful especially the airport van driver and the bartender/server( a girl) I did not get her name.

Location very convenient

We were reassigned to a new room, as the first one heavily smelled of smoke. But before you get to the room, the hallway carpet smells of mildew. The newly assigned bathroom had a lot of hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor, on the back of the bathroom door, and even on the cieling. There was also a mystery pill on the bathroom floor. The tub had a deep discolor in it, leading me to have to scrub that as well. There wasn't enough toilet paper stocked during my stay either. If it weren't already late and I hadn't had a full itinerary for my quick trip, I would have left the property altogether. The only saving grace was the friendly frontdesk and bar/restaurant staff.

The hotel appears to be in a bad neighborhood. The night I stayed there I worried whether someone would damage or break into the rental car I had rented. The lobby and room were a bit worn, but not terrible. My wife and I ate at the bar / restaurant and the food was okay. Despite the setting, the staff were very friendly. If I return to Phoenix I will not stay at this hotel, primarily due to where it is located.
