"Dirty Bathroom"

A pill was sitting in one corner of the bathroom between the tub and toilet and the other corner between the bathtub and bathroom door had two large pieces of hair that looked like pubic hairs. No extra towel sets for me and my guest for our three night stay was proactively provided and we didn’t have extra rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom.

"Great stay overall."

The overall experience was great. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Phoenix. Good staff, good food. I will stay again in the future. The hotel offered plenty of amenities for the common traveler.

I did seem to have an issue trying to catch the shuttle back to the airport on the last day. Also, the resort fee could be less expensive and the customer should be notified of these additional hold charges ahead of the stay.

"Room & airport transit was fine but everything else was a headache"

Pros: near the airport, has free shuttle bus to take you from the airport (you have to call the hotel), right across the street from public transit option, room is basic & worn but fine, no noise from the airport or roadways. Cons: they had three different prices listed for on-site parking - $10 and $12 on two different spots on their website, then $14 at the in-person sign and the front desk. Then for the damages deposit, it took almost an entire month before I was refunded the damages fee, and required multiple phone calls to the hotel and my credit card - wild considering that another hotel I stayed at in the same trip was able to refund costs to me after a single phone call the next day. I can't recommend this place in good conscience.
