Ramada by Wyndham Cumberland Downtown

After looking at other reviews, I almost didn't stay at hotel. After staying, I was very pleasantly surprised. The beds were very comfortable, and although the building is older, rooms were clean and updated. Shower is hot and full pressure. Breakfast didn't have scrambled eggs, but had hard boiled eggs, waffles, and biscuits and gravy, plus other typical items. Friendly staff at the front desk.

There is only one ice machine, and one elevator, and for security only one entrance. But had no problem using them.

location is great for historical downtown and railroad.

First, I was supposed to have a city view. Hah! My window looked out on an enclosed concrete equipment area--no view of the city at all. Second, one elevator wasn't working when we arrived and an hour later the other wasn't either. Third, the staff was not very friendly and wasn't often there.

Conveniently located. Very clean. Super comfy bed !!!

The breakfast could improve but everything was fine.

Location was great for riding the GAP rail trail.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.
