Clean rooms, great customer service!

It was conveniently located near the MassMutual Center which we were attending for an event. The staff was very friendly and kind during check in and during our stay despite the conditions of the hotel. Dunkin Donuts was also right next door within walking distance.

People were letting their kids run around at all hours of the night, security was constantly knocking on their doors. We got charged for simply turning the tv on despite not purchasing anything. (They said they would refund us for this so we are waiting on that part) The paint in our room was chipped in multiple areas, wallpaper that was peeling, pool was freezing, and free breakfast was soggy.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast is adequate, not great but it's free.

The rooms look shabby - paint is chipped everywhere. The beds are lumpy and soft, but not unbearably so.

Avoid this hotel ! My family and I were required to stay at this hotel for our son's hockey tournament. This hotel is in the process of renovations, and very outdated and run down. The staff is rude and unattentive, they do not acknowledge the room requests. The outlet in our bathroom was not functioning. I believe the construction workers are consuming the breakfast that should be made available to the paying guest. I was not checked out until the day after I handed my keys in and left the hotel. When I called the hotel to see why I had not been checked out the front desk attendant left me on hold for 38 minutes and then just hung up the phone without returning to the line. My husband even called when I had been on hold for 28 minutes to see why she was not assisting me and she advised I needed to calm down. I reached out to management in regard to the checkout situation, he emailed me back stating he would look into it and two days later I have not heard back. Other families from our hockey team experience several issues from not having any hot water in their room as well as not having towels or pillows made available to them. Avoid this hotel and let your hockey community know to remove it from the stay to play a list of required hotels.
