I reservated a king when I got there they told me they were no more King beds

Very close to everything , beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

The hotel smelled like smoke. Needed upgrading as the showers and room carpets were old. The pool was not as described. Cloudy water and peeling paint off of the sides and bottom.

Location, comfortable room.

Teenagers running around in hallways all hours .

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was incredibly disappointing—especially for the price. We paid over $680 for two nights and expected at least a clean, comfortable room. Instead, the bathroom appeared to have black mold embedded in the caulking around the shower, which was both unpleasant and concerning. The bathroom itself was unbelievably small—honestly smaller than some closets I’ve seen—and difficult to even move around in comfortably. To make matters worse, the hotel was clearly under renovation, something that was not adequately disclosed beforehand. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. Our room was located directly behind or next to the elevator shaft, and every time the elevator moved it sounded like a freight train roaring through the wall. It went on all night long, making it nearly impossible to sleep. For the amount of money charged, this experience was unacceptable. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Room was super clean and smelled great, location was great for where we were traveling to.

The booking site did not make it clear about the room deposit. I booked two rooms prepaid ahead of time and submitted credit card for the deposit. I pre-checked in, knowing we would be arriving late. Upon arrival the front desk agent informed me I had to submit an additional credit card for a separate deposit. I asked why I had to present a second card if they already had my credit card on file. They were busy talking loudly to another patron and another employee to explain correctly why I had to present an additional card. I also paid for late checkout BEFORE HAND, and the next morning hotel staff called the room to ask us when we were leaving. The cleaning staff was also waiting outside the door 30 minutes before the 1pm late checkout I PAID FOR. The staff in the morning was also not friendly when I asked if I paid for late checkout why I was being rushed out.
