The entire staff was great, especially the front desk and the shuttle drivers.

The location is remote and hard to get to on foot. However, the shuttle drivers will take you anywhere in a 5-mile radius for free.

We had reserved 2 rooms for three days. One rooom was given away on the third day and all of my mother’s things were packed up - we were at a graduation- (someone went through her things). The desk staff was hostile at first when we tried to fix the situation. Eventually they found her a suite for which we were charged. In general, the property is a little run down and they are renovating - (can be a little noisy). Satellite TV is unwatchable- glitching and freezing.

Very close to everything , beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

The hotel smelled like smoke. Needed upgrading as the showers and room carpets were old. The pool was not as described. Cloudy water and peeling paint off of the sides and bottom.
