The front desk worker was very friendly and helpful.

That they only clean the room if you ask them to. Also, not enough toiletries. Went to the store and bought our own.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and so was the pool(could be a bit warmer). The lady at the bar was so sweet with the kids giving them games to play and chatting with them.

The door hangers we were in another friends room and the door hanger fell apparently and when I was leaving I slipped on it and went face first into the wall outside the room. I brief my forehead hand and knee. Maybe don't hang them on the doors and just leave them in the room to be used. Our room was freezing 63 degrees we called and maintenance came right up and the switch needs to be on auto but we never touched it so maybe cleaners should check so the next person staying doesn't have this happen.
