Fine if you are just looking for a place to crash after a long drive. The beds were comfortable, but that is about it. Service was bad, room had wet spots on the floor and crumbling ceiling. There was not fridge in the room or trash cans. There were exposed wires in the bathroom and lighting around the room with no outlets to plug into.

Not sure if I would go back. The hotel appears to be neglected. It needs a lot of repairs to include the elevator. Permit was expired. This is usually not a good sign. Staff seem to have not worked a day of their lives in hospitality. I guess if you are in a jam you can stay here.

The staff was very sweet and pleasant. The bed was super soft. The air conditioning was on point. We had to move room bc the 1st room had a HUGE wet spot on the floor (carpet). The 2nd room we stayed in the carpet was sticky and stained. The room smelled of must. The bathroom had mold. The paint was peeling off the walls and dropping everywhere. No fridge/ microwave. Only half the elevators worked. Ice machine did not work. The hotel gave the feel of being to held together by a bandaid

I paid $99 and felt it was well worth it. They hold an additional $100 deposit but I got it back the next business day. Compared to similar hotels in the vicinity … a great bargain for the price paid.

Despite our accomodations not being available at check in due to overbooking i guess, i would like to mention that the front desk clerk was very pleasant and willing to help.

The property was filthy

Staff is accommodating. But, hotel needs refurbishing. As soon as you enter the lobby, it smells. ( And I was wearing a mask.)

This hotel has gone downhill since it was known as the Sheraton a few years ago. It was definitely now what I expected. Looks like there was some kind of flood in the rooms. Feels like a 2 star hotel now.

Not clean at all room was filthy. Ecpext better quality. My stay was Horrible couldn't wait to check out. To be a member i was so dissatisfied was there 1 night an book hotel down the street. Pick anothe location can say u wasn't warn

The WiFi was out and they didn't tell me until after I checked in. Then when it was finally "fixed", it was extremely slow.; There was only baggage cart for the entire hotel. Good luck accessing it when you need it. And if you order food, the front desk doesn't allow them to deliver it to your room AND they won't let them leave it at the front desk. Even after telling them I was recovering from surgery, they still made me come downstairs to pick up food and made the delivery driver wait for me.
