"Dark, dirty and dingy"

The elavator had duck tapped on the digital panel I chipped paint and it was dirty. While walking to the room there were wet towels infront of a door. When walking to the room there was no working entry light and I had to use the bathroom light and from there it was a nightmare. The room was dark, dirty and dingy with water pockets throughout the room. It even appeared to have a smell. There was chipped paint and dust everywhere. Machine In the hallway that appeared to have been providing some type of service due to water damage. In all, it was not safe to Stay in the room due to my allergies and asthma. I expressed, my concern and my ram was changed and it wasn't any better. So, we wanted to cancel from the first room but hotel.com's number wasnt available at the time , I wanted to express my concern of not being satisfied especially with the price. I'm just shocked, I experienced this and I am a requestine a full refund. The frontdesk staff was helpful and understandable. . They asked for me to contact the 3rd Party and to speak with them to discuss Cancellation. . .. 1. told them that I it was an issue w/ trying to call hotel.com. they provided a number and it was the wrong one to discuss the issues due to the hotel Showing rsvp were made through Expedia. It was a lot and becoming too stressful.

"Worst hotel experience"

Hotel need lots of improvement, This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. Nothing works including the ice machines, the iron in our room; I went to the front desk and told them that the iron was not working and no one made any effort to replace it, went for coffee and there were no cups, the luggage carts wheels were flat. We were there to celebrate our son's wedding but the hotel was so horrible we could not wait to get out of there. Our daughter and her family had to change their room and the second room was not much better than the first.

"Not a good place to be if you want cleanliness"

The pool is currently close, the elevators are bad. No free bread fast, no fridge in the room etc stay away . When I asked for fridge they told me to pay $10 day for one which I did. I received a dusty fridge. I was told the rooms was going to be clean after 3 days of stay and I was traveling with kids , that’s a no, no. I checked out after the 1st night my family.

The property should have been closed during the supposed renovations. The property was disgustingly dirty, the floor where our room was, was dark, several of the metal doors were smashed in. Our rooms were horrible. The floors were wet. The shower/tub was filthy, the little shampoos were half full, there was no refrig or hairdryer (which it said it had). I could not believe that this was a Wyndham and that we paid what we did. They gave us half of our room fee back but it should have been free. do not stay until they renovate the entire hotel.

Terrible staff, broken things, loud and dirty elevator. My car tires were slashed in this hotel parking lot. Staff have no moral values and etiquette. Even though in my booking breakfast was included but they wanted me to pay. I never have such a terrible experience and I had to tow my car and had to replace two tires. Stay away from this hotel please.

Terrible experience. Came to check in and front desk staff told me that there were no more rooms despite the fact that I had a reservation from 2 nights prior. I had to settle for a single full sized bed room with 4 travelers. 2 out of the 3 elevators were out of service, and the one that worked almost killed us, parts inside of it were duck taped in place, pool was out of service, phones didn’t work, only 2 towels in a room for 4 people and when I requested more, it never came. Just awful experience all around. Would not recommend.

"DISAPPOINTED"

I was VERY disappointed in the way this hotel has lost ALL creditability since it is no longer the Sheraton. I have been coming to this hotel when I visit family in the areas for over 10 years. After my past experience, I wouldn't want my dog staying there. The front desk associates were great. Everyone was great. It's the quantity of the hotel. My room 302 was dusty, hair in sink and bathtub, towels with holes, microwave did not work, wallpaper peeling, toilet would not flush unless you held the handle down, then it was still slow going down. I felt like I was in a Motel 6; but not Motel 6 price. The hotel needs to closed completely and do a complete renovation. Then and only then should they be able to carry a name such as Wyndham. As of today it's a Motel 6!
