The customer care guy was rude and asked why I keep on booking with them to stay there if I don’t like the hotel after they charged me for two nights that I’ve not stayed in.

"Great value, clean rooms, and fantastic location."

This was a very convenient hotel for a sports tournament that had us playing at many different facilities around the greater Boston suburbs. The price was fantastic value, especially with breakfast, and the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. They were able to accommodate a later checkout for us which made our day much smoother.
