The hotel was very clean from the rooms to all the bathrooms in the building The staff was very professional friendly and attentive.

I reserve A room 3 months in advance ask for a request they (approved) it then they did not honor the request! I am disabled on dialysis requested a room on the first floor. The desk clerk said The basic rooms are on the 4th floor, The first floor is only for primary high pay customers!! Thank God you will have an elevator because I had to lug my dialysis equipment to the fourth floor.
