Will not be booking there ever again it was an accidental booking at the wrong hotel.

Nothing functions properly, and it is quite unpleasant. When we needed to request a room change, it was due to the air conditioning being non-functional and the TV only offering four channels. The phone was also inoperative, which made the situation feel quite unpleasant. Most importantly, there was absolutely no Wi-Fi, and despite our inquiries, all we received was the response that it should work. However, it did not work at all. The process of requesting a room change was very uncomfortable. I felt somewhat like a criminal, having to take pictures of everything, knowing the room was in poor condition. It was almost laughable how we were treated, especially since they are already aware of the issues with their rooms. This was a truly distressing experience for my children. As I mentioned, this was an accidental booking; we had originally intended to stay at a different hotel.

It was affordable

Room was very uncomfortable, had a bad mildew kind of moldy smell to it

The hotel is very dirty and smells like an old dirty ashtray. The sheets are dingy and filled with holes and the towels are all stained - even the new clean ones from the house keepers.

It's always a great time as always!
