At first I was upset of wifi not covering my room and then I reported to reception talked to manager. Then they got me a better room. I found it amazing in total especially its breakfast. I appreciate the hotel manager and the receptionist. They are great in their job.

Price is incredibly low. You definitely get what you pay for

I booked this hotel since it was a good deal and they were in a good location. I had a couple of questions regarding the rooms, however each time I called they would never answer. I must have called like a million times prior to my check-in date but no one would ever pick up. I was willing to give this place a chance despite all the negative reviews but since they can't seem to do something as basic as answer their business phone then that's a huge red flag. I went ahead and cancelled my reservation and booked a different hotel that actually had people working at their front desk. I've read in other reviews that they won't even respond to their emails. What the heck kind of place is this?????? Avoid at all costs.

to some places, this was downright gourmet. Parking? **Plenty of it—no desperate circling like a vulture.** And the back lot? Well, judging by the energy back there, it looks like where the **real** party happens.

I **explicitly** said to charge this card—but nope, they zapped the wrong one! Nearly sent my account into a nosedive. Then, as an encore, they “forgot” to give me my credit card back. Now, considering there’s an **Air Force base** right across the street, you'd think they’d have mastered **following directions**, but apparently, landing this request was a disaster. Oh, and to top it off? I left some items there, but forget about them offering **shipping** or even confirming I left anything behind. This place? **Needs a serious customer service overhaul!

It was an easy smooth check in and I’m so glad about that. I wanted to use the laundry services you all offer so the young lady said that the machines where not workin so I had to reserve in order to save myself so I get it I wish they had there old rewards program I so liked at program so much better tbh. As a matter of fact once h get him along 2 do his part and things like dat let’s just say babie boi it’s all of u 4 me tbh boo boo. Chile 4 now!
