Poor service

Location was very central. Good walking distance from everything and public transport. Luggage guys were great.

The room was very dirty in bits. Behind the curtains were full of dust and old bits of food. We found an old pill next to the bed just underneath. Bath tap pulls off the wall and water gets behind. The bottom of the bath leaks. Air con is very noisy but you need it. Also pricing is very high for the rooms for what u get. Got no info when checking in from staff. Was told here is you key and there is the lift. That was all. Pool area is very bare and very basic. Waste was a bit dirty aswell.

Excellent location and nice, standard hotel. Near the subway and easy walk to science center, North End, in Beacon Hill. You can exit from the back on the second floor to whole foods and a pharmacy.

Lots of construction outside so it was a little noisy in the morning and one of the beds was a little saggy. Overall very good stay though.

Hotel was nice, but a bit dated. Rooms are roomy and temperature controlled. Beds are a bit stiff, design is a bit dated, but place is comfortable. Lobby had some nice sitting areas, and bar was good to hang out and watch a game. Bartender was very friendly. Pool is outdoors on second floor and in the shade most of the time, so we liked that.

Ac didn't work, sliding door to bathroom was off hinge, door to room gets stuck when trying to open.
