Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill

I love staying at the Wyndham Beacon Hill. Great central location. View of the river from the top floors. Breakfast and dinner available in the on site restaurant. Front desk that is ready to help and super friendly. Very affordable if you reserve well in advance.

It was easy to find from the train station. The room was quiet

The rooms could do with some redecorating, especially the bathroom. The room was had food crumbs on the floor when we arrived. The bath had large patches of rust on it.

How close it was to Mass General

Room 1014 was a little dated. Paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was pee;ing due to a past water leak

The only thing good about this property was the location

I found the property very old and rundown. The furniture was abused. It looked like something you’d find on the side of the street.. the young man on the desk was not helpful very rude. they didn’t even clean my room. I said you had to sign up for that.

BUENA UBICACION. UN BUEN BARRIO. PERO SE ESCUCHAN LOS AVIONES Y SOBRETODO POR LA NOCHE HAY MUCHO RUIDO DE AMBULANCIAS PORQUE ESTA JUSTO AL LADO DEL HOSPITAL GENERAL DE MASSACHUSETS

PARA SER UN 4 ESTRELLAS LAS HABITACIONES SON VIEJAS. NO HAY NEVERA. NO PUEDES DORMIR CON EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO PORQUE EL RUIDO ES DEMASIADO FUERTE. LA BAÑERA TIENE ZONAS OXIDADAS Y EL MOBILIARIO ES BASTANTE VIEJO.

You’re basically staying on a Building site, so be prepared for Construction noise from 4:30am right through till Midnight.Surely the hotel has an obligation to inform potential guests of this significant issue?????

Todo estuvo perfecto Encima venía de una estafa de un depto en Boston que cuando llegué estaba rota la cama y un agujero en la pared , pero a booking que se haga cargo ya que el dueño ya me había cobrado Y no solo no hicieron nada ustedes , sino que además el otro propietario canceló mi reserva mintiendo diciendo que yo no me había presentado Este hotel estuvo todo perfecto M pero sería bueno que alguien responsa por la estafa que me hizo la otra reserva y me devuelvan el dinero Booking me robó 1500 dólares Porque al no exigiarle al propietario que me lo devuelva ante la cancelación mintiendo, ustedes son cómplices de la estafa
