Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Boston - Peabody by IHG

Enjoyed our stay. 20-25min Uber ride to Salem which was convenient in October. There’s a new restaurant next door and they also have a good breakfast! Friendly front desk staff, clean rooms. Would stay here again

The bathroom fixtures were in bad shape - toilet coming loose from the wall, sink that didn't drain, door that didn't close. Also, despite having the privacy sign on the door, housekeeping knocked at 8am to ask how soon we'd be checking out.

Loved that there was a little sitting area and loved that I was able to take my service dog to a nice grassy spot to have him do his business. Didn’t like how unlit the area was though. Overall, an amazing experience!

Helpful staff. Convenient location.

The location was a challenge as there's only one way to get into the parking lot. You have to be on the right side of route 1 to get in, and it was harder this week as that side was being resurfaced. The lobby also smelled of smoke, but the room didn't though. The front desk staff was great, and very helpful despite being very busy every time I saw them.

The suit I stayed in was very spacious. A kitchen and living room area with mini refrigerator and small amount of dishes came in handy. It was quiet as I never heard anyone staying around me.

This place is a little outdated with no USB charging stations in the room. The guy at the front desk was helpful and pleasant. The place needs a few upgrades to make it more contemporary though. “Average”

Do not book here. Take my advice.They charged more than what Expedia quoted me. They rent out their pool for swim classes meaning their paying guests can’t use the amenities. I wouldn’t have booked here if there wasn’t a pool. Guests shouldn’t be tricked into booking. Booked a King room, and was put into a double. Had to call the front desk 4x before being moved into the room I paid for. Waist of money. It’s very dirty. The elevators are sketchy and out of order. Save your money, and stay at a motel. It’s the same.
