エレベーターの近くの部屋に泊まったが、ものすごい音がするのでレセプションに事情を話して部屋を変えて貰おうとしたところ、「あなたの予約はエレベーターの近くで騒音がある部屋だから安かった。今度から予約する際には注意書きをよく確認した様が良いですよ」と言われた。もちろんBooking.comの明細にはそのような事は書かれていない。 最終的には別の部屋に変えてはくれたが、この一件で私はこのホテルの対応に不信感を抱いた。 その他にも味は悪くないが毎日全く同じメニューの朝食、壊れた入り口のドア、ほとんど選択の余地が無い近隣のレストラン、ホテル内にバーもない、など色々な意味で支払った高い宿泊費に見合った滞在とはとても言い難いと思った。

"Exactly what I needed considering my day at the hospital"

I checked in march 16th 2026 and enjoyed my stay... I had an issue with my husband at mass general.. TAJ T at holiday inn 30 Washington Street was amazing and made me feel welcome when I needed another night short notice on the 17th I checked in around 545... truly appreciate his friendliness and help. Thank you TAj
