The hotel is close to the train station to 5 Terre and the room was spacious and clean. Staff was very welcoming and greeted us with a bottle of wine. The check in has restrictive hours and the building is not a hotel but an apartment building. Definitely overpriced for the area and amenities.

What an amazing stay! Simone and Elisa are the best Host! The place is close to the train. The rooms are spacious and clean. They gave us so many tips on where to go and where to eat. Fantastic location, great clean room, and Elise and Simone could not have been more helpful. La Spezia is a great place to jump off to Cinque Terre and they gave us a lot of tips that helped make our walking tour of cinque terre much more memorable! They even stored one of our bags for a week so that we could hike with our smaller bags. Perfect place to stay and they are so nice there!

Great place to stay and so close to the station. The rooms were lovely and clean and our hosts Elisa and Simone were so friendly and helpful. Elisa went out of her way to help with anything and make some suggestions for us. We didn't want to leave!

Elisa is very welcoming and responsive to our needs. She also provided good advise for walking around and shopping, and places to eat.

Checking in was stressed free as Elisa our host reached out and waited for our arrival to assist us with our luggage and car parking. Room were spacious,clean and comfortable. Elisa provided us with all the information to our Cinque Terra visit s and made it easy. Would definitely recommend. Thanks you Simon and Elisa for your warmth welcome.

Very convenient location near central train station and the town center. We were greeted by Elisa at the appointed time. She was kind, professional, and very helpful with information about nearby restaurants and things we might want to see. Outstanding place to see in a great Italian town at the edge of Cinque Terre.

It was an excellent location, close to many shops and restaurants and only a couple blocks from the train station. The rooms are clean, thoughtfully laid out and the bed was very comfortable. Elisa and Simone were helpful and quick to respond to all our questions.
