We loved this place! We traveled around Italy going to 4 cities and we wish we could have stayed here the whole time, or somehow brought it with us. Elisa is so welcoming and helpful, a wonderful host! Best place we stayed in Italy and a great value! More like an Airbnb than what an American would traditionally expect for a hotel.

We could not have had a better experience in La Spezia. There are not many hotels in the area and it was great. It is very close to the Cinque Terre train station. The hosts were amazing and made the trip special with excellent restaurant recommendations and parking arrangements. The micro hotel is in a big old building but when you arrive the rooms are big and comfortable. The only drawback was the very small old elevator which we used to transport our luggage.

Our host Elisa was just amazing. She gave the whole trip a totally different meaning. Always answering our questions, suggesting the right places and being mote than generous with her recommendations and of course all with a genuine big smile. Thank you so much Elisa, we will definitely recommend you to our friends.

Alisa was Amazing host Soo friendly greeting at door room was clean and tolerant that other’s place do not offer or charge for Beautiful view What ever room But would say the street view over the town and Mountain the best And the room was very quiet A definite go to I will be back to stay longer very nice experience

Fantastic place to stay. A warm welcomeand an excellent experience overall. Comfortable large room, great bed, well stocked, very close to train station, good recomendations for resteraunts and activities.

Beautiful room, staff are very common and really close to that main station for transportation purposes. Definitely recommend, offloading is difficult, however if you have your own vehicle!

Elisa was a wonderful host - right from check in to check out, we had an amazing experience. Elisa was very prompt with her responses, the room was clean, 5 min walk from Centrale station and the Square. She gave us great recommendations on the restaurants, places to shop and explore the town in addition to guidance on our trip to Cinque Terra and Pisa.

Perfect spot to stay if commuting by train, clean, spacisou and quiet (no noise from streets, but actually can hear some sound from corridor and upstairs at night time). Host very welcoming and helpful. Accident due to lift doors but host was responsive to first aid care request.
