Great location, pleasant & helpful staff.

No cable tv. Breakfast was all prepackaged items to be heated in a microwave.

Not a thing. This is a tired old run down hotel.

At 4 AM some guy claiming to be maintenance started banging on all the doors. He said he was looking for a water valve because someone 10 rooms down the hall had broken the shower valve and the room was flooding. A building this old should have a better idea of where the facilities are. Just a lousy experience. I would have preferred to drive an hour to stay at any of the other hotels I was in this week.

Great hotel overall and beautiful views but

Parking lot lights were out. A little scary when we arrived. Please fix these. Also, breakfast should start a little earlier. We needed to leave before we did.

The front desk staff was disinterested and paid so little attention to us that when we walked past the front desk two times in the 20 minutes after we checked in she asked us if we needed to check in. The room was old and tired and a good example of “putting lipstick on a pig” and calling it newly renovated. The WiFi was useless. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom and the paint was peeling off behind the shower head. And the heating/AC unit was so loud it sounded like a truck and the drapes were so long they covered the unit and inhibited the air flow into the room when they were closed, which was necessary as we were on the first floor facing the parking lot. One of the worst stays ever. Avoid this property.

The view from our room was nice.

The room needed some items fixed. The coffee maker did not work. The ceiling light and one of the two lights over the sink/counter lights in the bathroom did not work. The sink was cracked. The bed was too soft and the pillows were too hard. I realize everyone has a preference, but many hotels have a hard pillow and a soft pillow on the beds so you can use the one that works best for you.
