Got to check in early staff was very helpful

Dirty hallways. After contacting front desk telling them I would be late for my check in, front desk confirmed “no problem “ . When I arrived my reservation was cancelled. Room was almost a $100 dollars more to stay. Bad business

I want to highly recommend this hotel and their staff. My mom and I traveled to Holland for my birthday and decided to stay here. I have stayed at this Doubletree Hilton before on business trips. The General Manager Nehal is amazing. Christina at the front desk is so helpful and kind. Lindsay who works in the restaurant gives excellent service too. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is good. And the dinner and drinks upstairs in the evening I would highly recommend. The rooms are being renovated and I love what they’re doing. The staff made my birthday extra special with a free dessert and more! The pool and hot tub are nice. This hotel also has a gym and other amenities. If you are going to Holland for the lake nearby, the tulip festival or on business, I recommend you check this place out.

Great service overall by every associate we encountered. The facility is undergoing upgrades on remodeling. The paint splatters on the walls and carpet made it look less appealing. The bathroom vanity was also not fully finished with the shelving application below the sink. The refrigerator in the room did not work. But, the room was comfortable. The bed was clean and the shower was really cool!

Wonderful service from Lindsay, wonderful dessert!! Get the fish tacos. You won’t be disappointed. Broccoli is the size of your head and quite tasty.

After it was too late to change rooms, mold was detected in the bathroom. We later read other reviews that cited mold in the bathrooms. Management seemed not to concerned when the issue was presented to them. Inspect your room before checking in to this property.

We loved the large open area in the checkin area. Our family played games there both nights that we stayed. It was great having the bar/lounge are as well. Breakfast was quick and tasty. We would stay here again. Needs updating, but we were satisfied overall with our stay.

I enjoy staying at Hilton Hotels, and the Doubletree is a very welcoming atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. The Doubletree in Holland is an exceptional location because of the staff. Everyone at the concierge desk is not only kind and inviting but are also very considerate and efficient. The servers and bartenders at the restaurants inside are very attentive and warm, and the cooks in the kitchen make the most delicious food. This is seriously a hidden gem in Holland. The amenities are also well kept and convenient to access and use. I really enjoy the pool, hot tub, and gym. The layout of the hotel also makes these very easy access.
