"Over charged and glad to be gone"

The base of the toilet was to put it simply, gross. Yellow dried urine with hairs and dirt stuck in it. I had to clean the sink under the edge of the counter around the sink before using it. Nasty. The mirrors and hard surfaces where all smeary or streaky. The front desk was kind enough to give us extra coffee pods but the coffee maker had no tray to hold them and was super dirty. The topper though was the cockroach on the bathroom door at 6 a.m. We immediately shook out all of our stuff and checked out. The young lady at the desk was defensive until I showed her my photos. Still got only an apology. Will absolutely never stay at a Hilton anything ever again. Highly recommend Marriott or your own camper.

They do greet you with a warm cookie and the cookie is delicious, but there are many other factors that make this hotel a low rating. They are currently renovating and the construction debris is everywhere. The contractors sometimes hit a waterline on the exterior which causes the fire alarm to go off. They have satellite for cable and weather conditions affect the signal. House cleaning is horrible! They don’t give out extras. They don’t empty trash cans. There are no towels or cups in the gym. The list goes on…

This was probably the worst room I have ever stayed in. Very old and the carpet floor felt gross on your feet. Needs updating. The “window” was just to the pool area and could hear people all night. While eating breakfast, there was construction was going on and it was very loud. Would not stay here again.

This hotel definitely needs to be updated. Especially paying $300 a night. The rooms were beat up and run down. Beds were comfy but that’s about the only good thing. The air wasn’t very cold and it was over 90 out so we were so sweaty.
