Localização, próxima à praça do Rossio e à praça da Figueira, com restaurantes, cafés e transporte para diferentes destinos turísticos. Ponto negativo: rua sem acesso a carro e de comércio popular, o que dificultava chegar tarde à noite.

O hotel não oferece café da manhã através da reserva com o Booking. O café oferecido no hotel é muito pobre e caro. O hotel não tem estrutura, apenas o recepcionista e a faxineira. O quarto inicialmente oferecido era de 3 ou 2 estrelas, embora o preço seja de 4 estrelas. O quarto não dispunha de xampu e o secador de cabelo não funcionava.

Hôtel propre et chambre spacieuse

Le personnel à notre arrivée à l’accueil pas du tout aimable. Lève à peine la tête pour nous parler. ATTENTION ! Ils n’ont pas de parking privé ! Il n’est pas du tout à côté de l’hôtel ! Impossible de leur dire avant qu’on va au parking car IMPOSSIBLE de s’arrêter donc on paie le prix fort (40€ environ pour 24 heures) Retirer cet hôtel qui précise qu’il y a un parking car c’est faux ! Vue vraiment moche. Emplacement de l’hôtel très étriqué et dans une ruelle un peu glauque.
