Rossio Boutique Hotel

A szoba rendben volt, az ágy nagyon kényelmes, az ágynemű kellemes tapintású, a fürdő tágas és mindennel felszerelve. A szállás a metró állomástól és fő látnivalóktól pár perc gyalog.

A környéken nem éreztük biztonságban magunkat, annak ellenére, hogy egy utca választja el a fő központi utcától, hajléktalanok vannak és bűz, kétes alakok kínálgatnak mindenfélét a járókelőknek. A recepciós hölgy nem volt kedves, el akarta venni a kártyámat, hogy beterhelje ha bármi kárt okoznánk a szobában.. A szobában a hűtő hangosan zúgott, ki nem lehetett kapcsolni, vastagon állt a jég a falán.

Location was great, a little hidden to the side, which made it a little sketchy late at night, but very central and walking distance to a lot of sites, restaurants and the ocean. The room itself was a good size, clean and simple. They offered breakfast, but we passed. It was a last minute booking, so price was good considering timing and location.

What sank it for us was the smell of the bathroom. Perhaps it was the toilet or shower drain, but smelled horrible, like raw sewage. We tried not to use the bathroom. It was the last room so we couldn't change, plus they may all be like that.

Perfekte Lage, mitten in der Stadt, neben U-Bahn, kurzer Fussweg zum Meer, Restaurants/Bars - alles in der Nähe. Hotelpersonal war immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr schön und genug gross.

Notre chambre n etait pas prête à notre arrivée nous avons dû aller nous balader pendant 1h Nous étions 3 et seulement 2 tasses à café et la télévision est mal placé le 3eme lit ne la voyait pas peut etre y avait il un bras articulé mais nous n avons pas osé y touché mais la configuration de la chambre à cause de la fenêtre n est pas évidente

tv didn't work, no english/usa channels, staff slow to respond sometimes

The location was in the center of everything. We arrived very early (6:00 AM) on a Saturday morning. The Uber driver dropped us off at Rossio Square - as the street is a pedestrian only road. We walked about 100 meters to the hotel. I chatted with the hotel weeks earlier and knew that had a 24 hour reception desk and would watch our bags until our room was ready. Diogo was at the desk and spoke English very well. He was expecting us and let us know that the previous night was at capacity and we would be able to check-in as soon as our room was cleaned. He offered to watch our bags and suggested that we have a seat in the lounge area to get situated and get out bearings for the location. We sat for 1/2 hour and then decided to grab some coffee. We met Miguel as we were heading out and he gave us a suggestion for a nearby coffee shop. His recommendation as excellent. We went to the same shop the next two mornings as well. By 9:00 am the shops along the road were all opened and the square was busy. The location is very close to dozens of restaurants and shops and attractions. It couldn't have been more centrally located to what we had planned.

The only negative thing I can think of was that breakfast was server later than we were used to. Our plans had us up and out of the hotel very early each morning. However, if we didn't have such early plans, we probably would have eaten breakfast at the hotel. I think they served breakfast starting at 7:30. That is a very reasonable time but just didn't work for our itinerary. Even at that, it is hardly a complaint about the hotel.
