Nice clean place to stay right as you come into Franklin SC from the north. Good price. Has a small breakfast each morning and coffee all day. Has Wi-Fi.

old but clean, no frills! they charged me ten dollars a night more than when i booked the room. said "this is the weekend rate" i was to tired to argue.

This is a simple property in a good location. It probably can use some updates but it is clean and comfortable. It has few amenities but you know what you are getting. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place with a good staff then this is a great place to stay. The hotel website states it best - "Forget about fancy. When all you need is a solid deal on a simple stay, the Rodeway Inn® hotel in Franklin is just what you’re looking for."

Room size, high ceiling, view, quiet, king size bed was great. Friendliness. Good breakfast and cofee, very inexpensive. Great for overnight stay or longer. The refrigerator was a plus.

Was there on motorcycle trip with several friends. Room suited our needs perfectly. Check-in very quick and easy, room clean and comfortable. Was our second stay there and will stay again.

"Needs some updates.."

Bathroom (shower) needs update. Fridge needs to be colder. Need chairs inside room and outside. Hard for friends to gather around. Great price for what u get..

"Excellent"

It was very quite and peaceful. The only bad thing I have to say is sink was leaking had to put trash can underneath it. Which is a very easy thing to fix but overall we enjoyed staying there we’ve stayed there before so we will come back in the near future 😊
