The location was nice.

Our room was very hot. We couldn’t get it below 78 and it was set at 68. Our car got hit in the parking lot in a hit and run. There were no cameras to help our case. Overall, ended up a one uncomfortable and expensive night.

"It was not a pleasant night to sleep on a hotel that had a good reputation but doesn’t stand to it."

It’s not a bad location.

The ac is not working and when we called the front desk we are told that they have one control for all the rooms temperature and we were told just to turn off the thermostat and they will bring us a fan instead. The room temp is at 77 F. One side of the room where the tv and the stand up lamp are plugged doesn’t work, no electricity on the outlet . Told staff again and said that they can’t do anything about and that is the only place we can plug the fan. We ask for another room and staff member said no vacant anymore but when we checked the online booking in the same hotel there was some rooms available.
