STAFF

The TV remote didn't work properly. You would have get up to turn up the sound. The tv will turn off in the middle of the movie with no way to continue watching. The heater would make a loud noise every 30 minutes It would be so loud you could not hear the TV, while at the same time you have to get up to turn it up the sound. Also, it would awaken you out of your sleep, and I couldn't make business calls while in the room. I would have go into the bathroom so that you couldn't hear the noise from the heater. I believe that I am do a refund for the inconvenience. The staff stated that they could not help me shortly after my concerns was reported because I booked with a third party (booking.com). This was not due to the booking.com. This was due to poor accommodation of the hotel facility.

Clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. It was perfect for what I needed. Restaurant on site was also a great experience - we had a late dinner and they took care of us
