No towels, no internet, no hot water

At first it seemed like I just had found the biggest room at the lowest price. Yet it didn't take long to understand why. After laying on the bed I noticed a cockroach that crawled out from under the pillow. It had me freaked out. I went to the front desk and inquired about another room, or if this was par for the hotel, I was told basically yeah. So I slept as long as I could in a computer chair with my legs propped up. Wifi was basically non existent and but I did manage to get my $50 cash deposit back. The best I can say is that it beat sleeping outside in the cold. For the heat worked amazingly. Won't ever stay again and was super happy to be leaving.

No trash cans in the room. Cigarette ashes on bathroom floor. No daily housekeeping.

Staff very rude all in your business and kept my deposit

Room had random exposed wires hanging from the ceiling, trash and possibly feces hidden in the corner behind furniture, Carpet was as brittle as a teenage boy gym sock. Tried turning the heater on and legit thought the room was going to catch on fire, smelled like ash coming from the vent, the toilet lid was broke in half. The seat was not attached. The shower settings were flipped. Hot was cold and cold is hot. Not to mention the random brown burns/stains on the tub. I think I should I’ve just slept in my rental car instead of that place again.

Horrible, lots of bugs, no wifi, even refrigerator not working. Dirty and smelly

Pass key system was not working, so front desk had to let you in with their master key.

I checked in to room 215 and there was no phone service, no internet even though they advertised that there was. The refrigerator didn’t work and there were cigarette butts on the floor. I complained and they moved me to room 217 and it was about the same. I went to the front desk and got my $50 deposit

The first room offered smelled strongly of pot... the second room was slightly better. Bathroom was pretty bad and the gal that checked us in, Raquel was as nice as can be, but apologized that there wasnt any towels in the room. Bathtub was pretty grimy. Carpet was dirty. The cigar club attached to the hotel caused a ruckus involving several (traffic or crowd control?) police cars and sirens that seemed to blare at 3am a long time. Granted, that wasn't their fault, but the rooms didn't seem too sound proof. We stayed only one night. I woke up to use the bathroom and saw several cockroaches crawling over the trash we'd just deposited in there. I didn't use the shower there. We ate next door before all the people arrived and picked up our towls on the way there. The counter gal apologized for the condition of the towels, because they were small and several were stained... so we refrained from using them.

I would never recommend anyone to stay at this so-called motel. First of all they require a $50 cash deposit even though it is not mentioned online when the room is booked. I recently stayed there, October 15th 2023. When I checked in the remote for the television did not work and the clerk came to the room and got it to turn on with louder than usual volume but there were no manual buttons on the television and remote would not work nor was I able to turn the TV off so I had to listen to sex and the City episodes all night until morning check out. I'm sure I'll have nightmares now after listening to that terrible television show. Secondly the smoke alarm was removed by someone because there was a hole in the ceiling where it should have been. I asked the motel clerk about that and she responded that was surely a safety problem but would not change rooms as the manager would have to approve it and she would not be in until morning. I did not get much sleep that night with the TV on and staying in a problematic place. In the morning when the manager arrived I mentioned to her the problems I had the evening before and ask for some type of compensation on their part. The manager rudely told me that she would not do anything for me and for me to pack up and leave . I called the fire City fire inspector who promptly came to the room and saw that the smoke detectors wires had been cut presumably by the workers who were remodeling the motel.
