Haven Hotel

The room I was put in when I got there was totally disgusting. There was a pile of hair between the beds and when I went to throw it away we found toilet paper in the toilet with brown colored water, the tub was dirty, there were fingernails in the carpet, the AC filter probably couldn't even intake air for all the dirt on it. We stood at what was considered the lobby for a good 20 min waiting to talk to them about it. Was finally shown to a different room which was okay. We ended up staying in said second room to later find where there was dried puke in the floor between the bed and nightstand. I will never stay at this place again.

There was a $50 dollar cash only deposit required. The towels are handed to you at time of check in.Towels had old human poop stains on them. Cigarette ashes were in the sink, bath tub and butts in the trash can. Lots of hair in the bath tub and I can go on and on...Blood on the walls

False advertisement there is no couch in room bed looks like it’s a full size everything was dirty there were roaches everywhere staff is very unprofessional.

The lounge is a cool addition.

The room smelled so bad of mold that I woke with a headache each morning. The staff was nice but the property needs a lot of repair and help. It served my purpose but I wouldn’t stay again unless it was renovated and rooms smell normal.

We got a room because our air conditioner went out in our house. There was no shower head in the shower no light bulbs in the lights and tv didn't work. So she put us in another room and it smelled awful and air didn't work.

This place is under renovation. However, the rooms are old and you can tell. The cleaning staff leaves ashes from smoking in the sinks and the sink and bath tub have cigarette burns in it!

It was very awful, it was so dirty one of the beds were broke we had to ask for towels and the room stunk and it was nasty as hell!! Will not be going back

The lady at the desk was very friendly... This was the only thing good about the stay. We reserved a long size bed with a couch in the room. Got told they didn't have that when we got there but had a room they could upgrade us to for no charge... Our upgraded room was a smaller room with a full size (not even queen size) bed and a chair. There was what appeared to be blood stained into the carpet. The ceiling tiles were falling down. There was no bath, only a walk in shower that had a curtain blocking which in turn flooded the bathroom when you tried to shower. We had to limit our showers to 5 minutes. With the condition this place is in it should honestly be condemned.
