Haven Hotel

i purchased a protection plan also when booked to gaurantee room. told no rooma directed to days inn jones boro, ark got there to get room they called haven and told about situtaion. so they me keys and room 125. left ti see family in arer for funeral arrivede later to sleep for the night, then keys didnt work so one else had the room occupied went back to desk front gave a another room not what i wanted needed 2 beds not one. gave me another room the room wasnt not clean bathroon had holes in wall and no pwer connections to charge phone the the ice machine wasnt working was told then by desk i would have to get my own ice. i couldn't use bathtub cracks in tub plaster paint all over no blankets no fridge or microwave . checked out abount 6 am told desk not staying another night told they would refund sat night . i feel this is awful way to treat guest . also i have cancer need to sanitary for me? i9 would like a full refund

Check in was friendly. But that was all. When I go to the room there where no towels the whole room smelled like an old man who pissed everywhere and smoked 100 cigarettes in a day. I had to personally go buy cleaners to clean the bathroom. I had to walk the trash across the street as there was no on grounds disposal. The stairs just to get to the second floor was hazardous almost falling everytime I walked on them. The front desk was cool but other than that no. I would only stay here as a last resort and in need.not happy with it at all

Don't stay there bad place we left didn't stay to dirty.

It was nothing like the pics at all. The place it self is creepy. The room had roaches running up the walls . They had no non smoking rooms the room stunk . Carpets was nasty it was just an awful experience. Never again good price or not

Beware! First off staff was extrememly rude. They also tried to add an extra $50 fee that is nowhere mentioned on Expedia. This place stinks, literally. It is dirty and does not feel safe. When I called the front desk to ask a question, I was hung up on! Do yourself a huge favor and go elsewhere. You can get much better accomodations for the same price.

The room smelleed so bad of cigarette smoke it was intolerable. In addition to the stench of the room, there were several cockroaches in the bathroom. The Hotel staff was a bit rude at first, but accomodating and helpful when she found out there were cockroaches. She made arrangements for another hotel. Which by the way, was down the street, The days Inn. That room smelled so bad of smoke I have been sick now for a week with a horrible cough and congestion. I stayed 2 nights, the first night in the stanky room, the second night they moved me to a room that did not smell as bad. However, they were banging around in the the rooms adjacent to the bathroom (i think replacing carpet). The glue smell was seeping through the bathroom. Again, not much sleep because I was up coughing all night. The Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the hotel staff and their friendliness. I would not come back for the hotel, but I would come back to say hello to the staff.

No hot water, only somewhat lukewarm. Room was passible, but not cleaned and sanitized as promised. As far as I could tell, no housekeeping or similar service available. Staff tried to tell me I didn't have a reservation until I pointed out it was thru Expedia which gave me a record of proof. Had to get towels from front desk as they don't keep any in the rooms.

Well i didnt like it at all horrible experience. When i arrived i was put in a room where there was a dirty tub with a white dirty wet rag in it. There was no tissue at all there was trash in the trash cans. The room look like it was never cleaned. So i told front desk and she changed my room but acted like she had no more available. So the next room same issue but worse it was a handicap room tub dirty and i got bit by bed bugs i have pictures to prove everything im saying. I would not recommend this hotel unless u like living in filth. I even have a pic of the bed bug. I told front desk she had no care in the world at all. I WOULDNT EVEN LOOK THEIR WAY AMYMORE AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. SO AFTER THAT I JUMPED UP OUT OF BED AND PACKED MY STUFF AND LEFT. I WASNT EVEN THERE 2 HOURS SO THEY OWE ME A REFUND I WAS ANGRY CAUSE I HAD BEEN DRIVING ALL NIGHT AND JUST NEEDED A FEW HOURS OF SLEEP AND COULDNT GET IT BECAUSE IT WAS ONE OF THE MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCES EVER!!!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL ITS NOT EVEN WORTH THE PRICE!!!!!
