Haven Hotel

No towels, no power cord for TV, no hot water!! What it did have were bugs behind the bathroom door and stained towels once we requested them. (They wanted a $25 deposit for the towels because people steal them!!) The staff were very nice and friendly though!!

No power cord for the Tv. Refrigerator wasn’t cold. Water wouldn’t go down the drain. No hot water in the shower. Phone didn’t work. No shower curtain. No Wi-Fi. Lights didn’t work had to use one lamp. But the bed was pretty comfortable……mainly because of the person I had with me. All in all horrible experience. Great for sleep tho if that’s all you wanna do!

Terrible took me 45 minutes to get checked in woman had no clue what she was doing. Dirty room no hot water curtains was falling off hooks heat barely worked cold in room just bad bad experience.abiut to quit using hotels.com send me to the worst motels ever

The girl that checked me in was very nice and helpful. But i was going to stay two nights. I stayed one night because it took me three rooms to find one that was clean, and had sufficient lighting and didnt have a vent hanging off the wall.

No elevator and double beds were on the second floor only so if you can't climb stairs and need a double you're out of luck, a bloody wash rag sat outside our door for 3 of the 10 days we stayed and it wasn't ours, we said something to house keeping 2 times but nothing got done. They took our dirty towels but after 4 hours of waiting for clean ones we had to go to the front desk everyday to get them. The TV constantly froze up, the wifi kept kicking us off. Our keys stopped working so every day we had to go get them fixed.We stayed the whole 10 days thinking maybe it was just a few of the workers but nothing ever got better!
