The staff was all really nice and the check in/out was a breeze. The room was nice and clean, but it had a funky smell to and needed some maintenance. The bathroom had no working fan, a toilet that barely flushed, a ceiling light that was falling down, and a sideways soap dish. The room was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the grounds and nearby trails were very nice.

The convenience of the location to access my cancer treatments.

I was very disappointed to be put on the 5th floor when I requested a lower floor to accommodate my dog’s needs and my ill health . I got a room furthest from the elevators . There’s no microwave or fridge in the room. The price of the room was outrageous for eleven hours with the extra charge for for our dog, who was clean and perfect sleeping on her own bedding.
