"It was a great place to stay and very convenient to get to. We will be back."

The breakfast was sufficient; however, it was a little on the luke warm side - even the coffee. The bar/restaurant on site was a bonus. Check in was very easy and the staff was very helpful.

The only issue we had was that when we checked in we did not receive the breakfast voucher for the buffet. I had to go back to the front desk to inquire about how we go about getting the voucher.

"Minneapolis one night"

The room was very comfortable and clean.The people at the front desk or cooperative.

When we arrived there , they could not find our reservation. The hotel said that booking.com had not sent them a reservation.It was very frustrating. There was no refrigerator in the room.

What breakfast? None was provided.

Booked a single king, got a double queen. Paid online at Booking via PayPal but was told it was pay at desk and was refused check in. Ridiculous.

Front desk folks were amazing when checking us in. We did have to call down to guest services because the room they placed us in was incorrect. They then brought our new keys up to us and asked if they could help us move to our new room. Our new room was amazing with a private patio!!! The only “downside” is that when we walked in the room it was set to 76 and we were roasting alive. Haha.
