Breakfast was adequate. The usual fare.

No cups in the bathroom. We set the thermostat to 72. When the heat came on, it stayed on until the room temp read 78. Room would cool down to 72, heat would turn back on until it was 78 again. We reserved a room with a king size bed and asked for a shower chair for my wife who wears a leg prosthetic. When i checked in they didn't have a king size room cleaned yet. We had to settle for a queen. Not good.

Clean and friendly ppl except for the afternoon/evening lady who worked the front desk. Very little ppl skills not friendly at all acted like I was interrupting her phone time with whoever. Stayed on her phone and continued to talk to them while assisting me. I extended my stay 3 times and had to have my keys reprogrammed to get back into my room. I only had the one key on me at the time and when I left I grabbed the other key so I had to have that one reprogrammed . Very short and irritated that she had to reprogram the second key. A bit condescending when she explained that once she reprograms one it automatically cancels the other.

It was advertised as having an indoor pool however this is the second time I’ve stayed here in 3 months and the pool is not been open. When asked when it would be available I was told like maybe in the summer. I think that it should be noted on your site when the pools are not available since this was one of the things that I wanted when booking.

Everyone was friendly, check in was easy.

The rooms have a humidity problem. It was a very hot day, so it sure didn't help, but the humidity smell was so strong in the rooms that it was hard to sleep.
