For the most part it was excellent with the only downside being the other patrons and it smelled of substances. Overall not bad would probably come back!

This was one of the filthiest hotels I have ever stayed at. I do not believe they are cleaning the rooms as we booked a total of 4 and they were all dirty. The hall carpets look like a crime scene. I'm not even going to talk about what I saw in the shower. Im still processing that experience. With OU and UT playing along with the fair, we had no other option but to stay. We all slept fully dressed in clothes we burned when we got home.

The carpet is dirty the rooms are not clean restrooms have leftover razors in the tub hair is in the tub and in the sink I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Refrigerator doesn’t work he has a foul odor to it

room service is bad, I stay there for 11 days and only had it about 4 times but they came in to take away my tip every day!

Room smaller than looked online. Hair dryer didn't work. Bed comfortable.

Lots of bugs, room was not cleaned.

Dirty and roaches light above bed did not go off only ended up stay 1 night wasted the 2nd night left and stay somewhere else wish I could have been refunded

Host had to keep repeating herself because she spoke very low and would get frustrated. Once we finished paying we stood there for about a minute and she says “why are you still here?” We had no idea we were done. Just made us uncomfortable. Never told us how to get to our room even though we could figure it out.

I’ll be honest. From the min I walked in the door, I didn’t feel too welcome. The room wasn’t really clean and someone smoked it clearly before I got there. They just threw out towels and soap. I highly doubt they actually cleaned the room.

No breakfast was served. No coffee, no nothing. The bathroom was dirty with only two medium and two small towels to take a shower. The heater/ac machine spread dust. The filter need to be changed. People from the other rooms were too noisy.
