Americas Best Value Inn Addison Dallas

The renovation if at any was poor. I requested some hand soap and was told to use a shower gel liquid. When we asked for some extra towels, the manager followed my girlfriend back to our room to make sure there were towels. We did not get any more than what was in the room. I'm glad they messed up on my second stay. We ended up leaving to go to the Wyndham hotel.

I did not like anything about the hotel. The bed is basically sleeping on a box. You couldn't use the elevator. The hallways were dirty. With stained carpets And dirty towels in the floor. The AC did not work in the room. You could hear literally every one in the hall. It was basically a ghetto club but you could stay the night.

Not even a motel level here. It is the level of a completely cheap refugee camp. How can Expedia introduce these places?

This is not a 2 star Hotel. Took 10 minutes for someone to show up and check me in. They offer breakfast on the site, but does not have a license to offer breakfast. Room was not clean and there were holes on the sheets. Customer service was great!!

I liked the service, but disliked the smell of cigarette smoke that came through the vents all night. Overalll, great place to stay!

Discrimination towards my family. Made me pay a deposit because I have small children. Extremely rude management. There’s no breakfast, no daily housekeeping. At checkout I tried to speak to whoever is in charge and was told no and to leave before they called the police on my family. Will never stay at this hotel again and will try my best to spread the word to others. HORRIBLE

Owner is an extremely rude individual. Could take some notes from other hotels in the area on customer service and how to be professional.

I did not like the air condition and the fridge, not enough cold and the door of the bathroom make a terrible noise when I opened or close.
