"Don’t waste your money"

Uncomfortable bed, shades on window do not fit, sends too much light in the early morning hours. Seems to be no noise barriers between rooms or from your room to the hallway. Front desk staff seems too busy talking amongst themselves in a foreign language. I felt like I was burden to bother them. Pools are not clean, hair and debris everywhere. Restaurant is mid with arrogant staff and everything on the plate is beige. No creativity for the price. Breakfast is not included. For the price, save yourself the mediocre accommodations and indifferent staff and stay elsewhere

"Over-hyped"

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nice, the staff are great. However, I wish it was less kid friendly. I apologize for saying that, but this hotel comes off as a adult get-a-way, but the pools and hot tub were filled with children, even past 9pm. I wish there was at least a "past 8pm adults only" or something. The rooms walls are also very thin, you can hear others in the rooms next to you and above you, doors slamming will wake you up, and the google cast didn't work on our TV so we stuck with cable. It's a nice hotel, but I feel it needs to be geared towards adult luxury, as it is promoted that way. We wanted a trip away from the stressors of life and noise, we didn't get that. The outdoor pool was cool and the fire pit area, but it is all overhyped. Maybe it is better in the summer? We did a winter stay.

"Beautiful Hotel"

Beautiful property with spacious updated rooms. All of the staff were kind and friendly. Indoor pool and hot tub were a bonus in the chilly weather. Shuttle into town definitely a bonus. Looking forward to booking there again very soon!

Fantastic stay. Great ambiance…rooms were wonderful with great products…highly recommend! The restaurant was high quality with great service & thoughtful seating for a cozy experience. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.
