The shower was a little difficult to work and tub was a little dirty. The bathroom light over the mirror went out but it was addressed right away so that was good. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service all around. Hotel was a great location for our stay.

My daughter booked this room through booking com, but she booked the wrong day. I walked into the hotel minutes after she made the reservation. Once I was told it was fir the wrong night, I contacted the site because I needed the room for that night -- July 21st. I got thr runaround from both booking.com and the hotel. I had to get another hotel fir that night.

That nobody would work with me. The room was booked fir the wrong date by mistake. I couldn't get one human being to help me.

The staff was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. Transportation was excellent. MARTA is 5 minutes walk from the facility. Various food options within close proximity to the facility. As always Courtyard by Narriott is comfortable. The room and bathroom are clean and fresh( major for me).

Don't make the same mistake I made and stay at this place, because the description from Bonvoy makes it sound like a nice modern place. None of that is true (more on that below). But first, let me share how rude and untrained the staff are. I had booked 1 night, as I was taking a red-eye and would reach the hotel early morning, so just needed the room for shower, get ready (for a funeral). Obviously, I asked for late checkout, so that I could attend the funeral, have lunch and then return to my room to change and then head to the airport for my flight back. As a Platinum member, I am guaranteed a 4pm checkout, so I let them know at the time of booking days before, but also reminded the lady when I checked in. However, that was news to her and she kept arguing that late checkout isn't a guarantee and she wasn't sure if I will get one. After a lot of back and forth, she ultimately checked with someone and "let me have late checkout". Later, after I finished my things, I returned to my room at 2pm and was hoping to rest in, have coffee, change and then check-out for my flight back. I thought I had until 4pm, however, that was news to one rude housekeeping person as well. He knocked so hard on my door, that it startled me. When I opened the door, his exact question in a loud voice was "why haven't you checked out yet?". I told him I will soon, but that I had until 4pm, which clearly surprised him. How is this hotel part of Bonvoy is beyond me, but this is my first and last trip to this property. And speaking about not being modern or well kept, the room was generally fine, but the water pressure in my room (#520) was so bad, that you had to literally be under the shower-head to get any water and the glass sliding door was just jammed right in the middle, so I had to get out carefully from the edges.

There was no water for two days!!! And the AC in the room was not properly cooling! Overall horrible stay. I want and deserve a REFUND!
