Budget Inn

Price was good but a little high for the state of the property.

I am requesting a full refund we could not stay at this hotel and had to book the quality inn. The hotel is not at all what is presented on the hotels.com app. It has condemned sections and complete collapsed buildings, the parking lot is nearly complete undriveable. While trying to find out room we saw drug deals being conducted, fights, drug use and vehicles being broken into. We never got to our room, because of the obstructed pathway and drug addicts in the garbage filled walkway. I went to the person at the front desk and he said I had to ask for a refund on hotels.com and he took my room card/keys and we left as a man with a knife was screaming at someone down the parking lot.

Property was in disrepair. Sketchy vibe. Hallways dirty. Trash overflowing outside. Did not want to go out to my car to grab an item after dark.

Nice quiet safe area. Easy to find. Room was clean and the staff was friendley and helpfull.

Place looks good in pictures but it is a very hurting property. Looks like it would be a great place to score some drugs or get a prostitute but not a great place to stay. Didn't even end up staying, even though my reservation was nonrefundable, ended up driving to another property and checking in there. I would never stay at this property unless you're heavily armed and you don't actually touch anything in the room.

Not much to like here. The room was ok. It is very outdated. The outside area around the building is lacking any sort of maintenance. When I checked in at 4:30 pm there was hammering on the second floor. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and clean.

They checked me in before I got there. Room was dirty. Floor not swept. No coffee pot in room. Bowls in pictures are just for looks. Very small and limited options for purchase. 2 of the 3 vending machines are empty. Issues with watching TV, when I asked about it, I wad told it is a weird system and there should be instructions in each riom. There was not. Their solution was to offer ti move me to a different room.

Terrible

This property was in deplorable condition! lights not working. Bed mattresses were sunk in. Holes in walls. no lighting outside. Parking lot full of holes and no maintenance in a very long time. Unsavory persons roaming in parking lot. Looks like its about to be condemned.
