Budget Inn

This hotel has long term stayers so there are alot of people everywhere but it qas ultimately very quite after about 10pm . The outside of the property is questionable was worried about parking my car out of my view from my room. Parking lot is small and very congested. We were only able to get a double room so can not speak for the other rooms but the room was outdated and needed some tlc however served its purpose for the price. We were driving from ca to pa and needed a place to get good sleep for the night and shower.

Good safe place Maid never checked if I needed anything

Had trip protection but Budget wouldn’t refund money after trying to cancel days in advance. When we arrived, the place was in poor condition with broken lamps, old dirty chairs and dirty windows you could barely see out of…weekly rental property!!!….Horrible place to stay!!

Nasty!!! EXPEDIA should be ashamed to list this DUMP! If I could give O stars I would. Filthy dirty. Pubic hair all over the bathroom. Pubic hair in the towels on the soaps, all over the toilet. We were put on the backside of the motel which looks post apocalyptic. Tried to check in at 5pm and we're told room wasn't ready yet. Check in was at 3pm but supposedly they were still cleaning. Not sure what they were cleaning?? Towels have brown stains all over them. Room and bedding smelled funky. It's just dusty and dirty. The air vent/cold air return is covered in filth. This place will make your skin crawl. The building is old and falling apart. There were even boogers smeared on the wall and what looks like puke droplets or worse semen. Bags of trash in the hallway were not only unsightly but smelled. We came up for a graduation at WyoTech and just decided to leave. We don't want to risk our health or our lives staying here. The transient element is a little unnerving. Decided to stay with family somewhere else. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE A STRONG STOMACH AND DON'T CARE ABOUT POSSIBLY BRINGING CREEPY CRAWLIES HOME WITH YOU OR WORSE! Just disgusting. PS I am horrified just imagining what you would see with a black light. Expedia should refund every penny to anyone that books this place through them.

Ni handicap room im handicap Filthy Smells Dirty

This motel is definitely old, and it shows. Over the years, parts of the property have been shut down, making it feel abandoned in places. The pool and hot tub are drained, with old chairs and towels still sitting there. The attached restaurant is also permanently closed. Maintenance is a big issue here. The roads, especially around the back, are full of potholes, and the furniture, wallpaper, carpet, and mattresses are all very worn. It’s clear there hasn’t been money for updates in a long time. The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. Housekeeping especially deserves credit—they’re clearly working hard with what they have. The shower, toilet, and hard surfaces were all clean. Towels and bedding were fresh, and nothing felt dirty, just old. Anything that could be cleaned was cleaned, and they deserve a lot of credit for that. The blackout curtains were also a plus for keeping light and heat out. One thing to note: it seems to be a popular spot for construction crews, and there was a loud gathering late into the night during our stay. It might have just been bad timing, but if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs just in case. A few positives: a newer TV with lots of channels, a brand new full-size fridge, working A/C, friendly staff, and easy highway access. Overall, if you’re just passing through and need a place to sleep, this will do. But don’t expect much more than that.

Our stay was phenomenal! Management did an excellent job of taking care of our concerns. We had an unexpected road problem and they helped us solve this. The rooms were clean and bedroom spotless. There was a very large freezer and separate refrigerator that was new and super clean. Water was hot and had great pressure. Baylei was super helpful and pleasant to work with. Would stay again.

Well…the front staff was great. Engaged and personable. Property left a lot to the imagination-but we decided to give it a go & just head to the room to sleep. After parking the car in the back 40, we turned the corner to see a midnight bbq. (Glad they were having a good time, looked like fun). As we opened the dilapidated outer door, (unlocked mind you) as well as the second security door, my mind began to wonder, ‘hmm…maybe not my best idea’. Got to room,which I could live with for a night-provided the doors did not get opened by a new unknown pal. Checked the ground level window to find it had no lock & was easily able to open. The fact that I was not sure if it could open from the outside was the breaking point. Life is too short to chance it.
