"Conveniently located, parking, (extra) restaurant & bar on premises!"

The entrance into the hotel was confusing. Parking in lot behind was convenient. Check in was ok. Our room ( upper floor facing street) was furnished nicely & clean. Crave restaurant was convenient & food was good. Short distance walk to Mayo or can take the Skyway.

"Good Experience"

Somewhat of a weird set up with check in on the second floor. Very nice place, clean rooms and very easy to get to Mayo through the skyway and subway tunnels. If you’re traveling to Mayo, I would highly recommend and ask for the Mayo rate.

"Great service by Ashley"

We have been going to the Mayo in Rochester since 2022 and Ashley has always been wonderful to us. When we were there in December, my mom passed away and she went above and beyond when I needed a room and when we needed to leave. Because of Ashley and her kindness we will continue to book our stays at the Indigo for all of our visits to the Mayo Clinic. Also, the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

"Great, but!"

We really like this hotel it’s always friendly and clean. This time the only complaint we had was there was a dog in the room next to ours on the 5th floor. I am not a dog lover they are ok but I really don’t like yip yips! It would be appreciated if you keep them in a certain area (pet rooms) then if you give a room to a person in that area without a pet they should have the option. I didn’t appreciate a barking dog all night then the same one trying to get in my room in the morning. Off leash.

"Another excellent visit."

Another great experience at this hotel. I requested a quiet room since I was recovering from surgery, they went above and beyond In meeting my request. I would highly recommend this hotel. Definitely check out Crave it's a great restaurant and friendly staff.
