"Clean room and good location"

The room was very clean and quiet. The hotel was a short walk from Mayo Clinic. Great location near restaurants and coffee shops. Great restaurant (CRAVE) on site. Parking ramp is conveniently attached to hotel.

I thought parking was free, but it was $16 dollars per day. Most staff provided professional service. One person made me feel like a nuisance.
